NEW BURGER CONCEPT COMING TO SHOMA BAZAAR IN DORAL
This winter, Prime One Twelve alums John Hart and Chef Todd Zimmer will open their new fast casual concept, BFF – Burgers, Franks & Fries – with partners Masoud and Stephanie Shojaee of Shoma Group.
The first BFF location will debut at the highly anticipated Shoma Bazaar, a new 13,000 square foot food hall located near Miami at Sanctuary in Doral, The burger and hotdog joint will feature American classics along with locally inspired menu items, in addition to hand cut French fries and fried Oreos.
When Masoud Shojaee, CEO of Shoma Group, expressed interest in a simple burger concept for his new project, Shoma Bazaar, Hart and Shojaee embarked on the joint venture. The original concept and recipes were developed by Hart, vice president of Development and Operations for Shoma Bazaar and formerly the director of operations for the Prime Restaurant Group, and Zimmer, the former executive chef at famed Miami Beach hotspot Prime One Twelve.
